Simon Potts

Simon Potts is a Director of Simon C. Potts Limited; one of the companies comprising the partnership and is the Chairman of T G Baynes.

Simon completed his training as a Solicitor with the firm. He has extensive Property related experience, having previously practiced as a Property Solicitor. Simon has held the role of Chief Executive since 1996.  He has the overall day to day responsibility for managing, overseeing and driving forward the development, leadership and strategy of the firm. His forward-thinking approach and attention to detail ensures the firm remains one of the leading firms in Kent.

He is the Head of the Management Team and ensures compliance in respect of regulatory and professional obligations required by the Solicitors Regulatory Authority.
