Richard McFarland

Richard McFarland qualified as a Solicitor in 2004 and during his career, has practiced in England, Wales and Northern Ireland. He joined the Commercial Team of the firm in 2016 and due to his hard work, commitment and loyalty, was promoted to an Associate Solicitor in May 2019.

Richard’s calm and methodical manner in dealing with transactions is reassuring for clients. His in depth understanding and experience acquired during the conduct of the many transactions completed by him over the years ensures his clients receive a top class service.

Expertise

Richard deals with all types of Commercial Property transactions including new leases, lease renewals, acquisition of freehold and leasehold properties and development land. Additionally, he deals with high value Residential Property transactions.

Interests

Richard enjoys hiking, photography and running. He has previously completed the London Marathon, a proud achievement which is testament to his dedication and commitment to all he sets out to achieve.
