Kully Shokar

Kully Shokar is a Director of Kulvinder K Shokar Limited; one of the companies comprising the partnership and is the Head of the Private Client Department.

Kully qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer before qualifying as a Solicitor in 2003. She joined the firm in 2006 and was appointed as a partner in 2008. She later transferred her skills and knowledge to the Probate Team and is now a key member always providing an excellent standard of work.

Kully is committed to offering all her clients professional and clear advice during what is a very emotional time for them. She has a reputation for being highly organised and efficient with the added ability of being able to understand her client's needs and act with great care and respect for them.

Expertise

All areas of Private Client work including drafting of Wills and Codicils, obtaining Grants of Probate, dealing with Administration of Estates and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
