Donna is a highly motivated Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives with extensive litigation experience, gained both locally and for a period of 9 years, at a top London law firm.
Before joining T G Baynes in March 2020, Donna’s career already spanned 25 years, initially as a Debt Recovery Assistant, then as a manager in a local firm and more recently as a Lender Services Manager at a West End law firm specialising in mortgage repossessions and receiver litigation.
She has acted for a diverse client base which includes government bodies, banks, receivers, housing associations letting agents, local councils, educational establishments, recruitment agencies, hauliers, utility suppliers, insolvency practitioners, multinationals, SMEs and private clients.
Matters she has handled includes secured and unsecured debt litigation, mortgage & rent repossessions, trespass, forfeiture, housing benefit overpayment, adult social care debt recovery, insolvency, consumer credit act agreements and vehicle leasing agreements.
